Our incredibly popular parties get booked up months in advance. Their popularity is largely due to our coaches are experts at keeping the children engaged, safe, and challenged regardless of previous gymnastics experience with fun and laughter filling the gym!

We guarantee a memorable day with exclusive use of our fantastic gym. The best bit is you get the whole gym to play wherever you want for one whole hour! We have two trampolines, two foam pits, bars, beams and fast track & tumble track.

On arrival, you can expect a meet, greet, and induction chat from our coaches. They will introduce themselves to the children and explain what they will be doing along with the rules. Please inform the team should there be any specific games your party guests wish to play… what’s the time Mr Wolf is a favourite of ours?

At the end of their gym time, the children can enjoy 45 minutes upstairs in our spacious party room for their tea party. The last 15 minutes is used as a tidy away for the party organiser.

Parties cater for up to 25 children including the birthday child.

KD Membership

You cannot participate in any of our classes without the Club Membership.

KD Membership entitles you to be a member of our programme and attend our classes, as well as giving you access to the following benefits:

• Reduced Holiday Camp Fees
• Reduced Private Lesson Fees
• Reduced Fitness Gym Fees, inclusive of parents
• Reduced Parties Costs

KDGC Fees are paid bi-monthly by direct debit ONLY. Fees are due by the 1^st of each payment month. (January, March, May, July, September & November) 

An annual membership and insurance fee of £34.00 will be paid at the time of joining and renewed every September.

For ages 18+ come and re-live your childhood - or challenge yourself to learn something new! whether your goal is to learn backflips, somersaults, splits or improve your core strength and flexibility. Adult sessions give you free rein of the gym to explore your limits and do things you never thought you'd dare!

Have free reign in the gym and explore your limits! Our coaches are here to help whatever your aspirations are. Join and explore your limits in a relaxed social setting. No experience is necessary.

 Our adult classes run as follows:

Tuesday 8:30 pm-10:00 pm - structure session (coach-led +/ self-led)

All sessions are £15 or £60 for 5 sessions.

Aspire Squad

Membership in the squad requires a strong commitment from both parent and gymnast with passion and desire for the sport a fundamental requirement. The girls train in the gym 15-25 hours per week, with supplemental flexibility and conditioning programmes tailored for each individual. Squad members may compete at regional, national and international level.

Development Gymnastics

Our Development Squad is aimed at Gymnasts 6 through to 8 years of age. The main focus is on strength and agility conditioning to give your child the physical strength to perform some of the bigger skills needed later. The progression from the Development Squad will determine the appropriate pathway on each individual gymnast depending on ability. When the gymnast turns 8 years of age, the relevant groups then prepare them for National & Club Grades Competitions and County, Regional and National level voluntary competitions. Although there maybe chances for a few friendly competitions along the way.

2025 prices: Recreational - £104.00 per 8-week term Primary school+

Boys and girls are all welcome to these sessions from school age to teenagers our classes focus on improving fitness in a fun, positive environment. The emphasis is on FUN, children enjoy the adventure of working on our Apparatus and learning new skills progressively. Each child is encouraged to learn at their own individual pace in a coach led structured group. They develop pride and experience a sense of accomplishment earning badges & certificates as they progress through our own Assessment level's. Gymnasts will be taught basic skills and progressions on beam, floor, bars, vault, trampolines and fast track. We believe that participating in organized sports provides a chance for young people to increase their activity and develop socially and physically.

Senior coaches will also monitor these classes for individuals who show a flair for the sport and offer them the chance to join our advanced recreational or Squads.

For Boys and Girls Aged 11 and Over

This is the perfect class for Pre-Teens & Teenagers from beginners to advanced, who want to keep fit and develop their gymnastics skills. The gymnasts are able to make decisions on whether to participate in all areas offered or to specialize on their favourite apparatus. This has become a great social evening full of flips, fun and friends!

Classes are geared to meet the individual needs of all who attend in a safe environment, with the enthusiasm this age group enjoys.

2025 prices: Gym Tots - £94.00 per 8-week term

18 months to 3 years

Parent and child structured classes that work on important skills such as basic coordination, balance, strength and social skills through fun circuits working on soft play and gymnastic equipment to broaden their cognitive and physical development in a safe and secure environment.

January 2025 prices: Baby Gym – 0-5 Years £8 per child / £8 per additional adult. Cash/bank transfer only. 

This is a drop-in session where Adults accompany their children to play together! Come and join us where your little ones can come and have lots of fun & where too much energy is never enough!

Swing, jump, roll and explore the gym with your little ones in a jam-packed morning of gymnastics fun and soft play circuits.

The gym is transformed into an inviting safe environment with plenty of soft obstacles, foam pits and toys to encourage your babies and toddlers to explore and expand their boundaries under your guidance. A coach is present throughout the session to provide advice or assistance if required.
